Welcome to our first AAPI Cocktail Week, where we celebrate the rich and diverse heritage of Asian American and Pacific Islander cultures through the art of craft cocktails.
Through AAPI Cocktail Week, we want to highlight the significant role of AAPI bartenders in the US hospitality industry. Did you know that only 3.7% of bartenders in the US are AAPI? Our goal is to showcase the influence of Asian spirits and ingredients in bars & restaurants while providing a platform for AAPI bartenders to showcase their talents and cultures.
AAPI Cocktail Week is an opportunity for locals and visitors to explore various bars and sip on special cocktails crafted exclusively for the occasion. A lineup of special events connects cocktail enthusiasts with spirits makers and business owners, all while supporting and strengthening our local communities.
Proceeds from AAPI Cocktail Week events will help cover costs and be donated to two local AAPI organizations, AALEAD & Domestic Violence Resource Project.
